As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Here’s what we are looking for:


  • Care of the office and maintain a friendly environment 
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as required
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in the hiring process by first calling selected candidates
  • Run onboarding process with new colleagues


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced communication skills in English (B2+) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus


  • Experience with sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of graphic editors like Photoshop or Publisher
